Bufallo logistics is awful do not use them

My shein parcel has been stuck in 1 place for more than 2weeks now.l tried getting hold of bufallo logistics and no one bothers to pick up. This is really not on at all because they making it hard for people to order and recieve their parcel on time. If you can please avoid bufallo logistics by all means
