Unfortunately there are no Zero rating available! I will not recommend these guys at all, secondly they make use of 3rd party Couriers whom you cannot contact as it do not show on tracking, if you do call and are Lucky to get someone to answer your call it is still a useless case as they cannot assist you at all!, I tried requesting to collect my parcel at the Courier company but they are not willing to disclose the company name!
