Broken delivery promises and disappearing tracking data

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Buffalo Couriers. My daughter missed a delivery call while in class on Thursday, but I immediately followed up with the driver. After explaining the situation, the driver assured me he would be back in touch. When I called again at 5:00 PM, he claimed he couldn't return that day but promised the parcel would be delivered the following day (Friday). It is now Sunday, and we have received no calls and no parcel. To make matters worse, when I try to track the parcel via your WhatsApp service, it says the parcel cannot be found. This is unacceptable. I need an immediate update on where this package is and when it will actually be delivered.
