Bring back my money

Buffalo still hasn't refunded my money its two months full now😫😫I have been waiting for the form that they said they will send for me to fill it till today 😥😥😥😫I don't know any more and I really want my money im now stranded I need my money i worked for that money u don't know whats taking them too long to refund my money they even confirmed that thy lost my package but even now they haven't refunded my money
