BEYOND USELESS

Beyond useless courier company. My son paid the VAT duty charge of R53.47 more than a week ago and they are still trying to allocate the payment. I phone, they escalate, but instead of escalating to the Finance Department, they escalate to Customer Service. Then they escalate to the Finance Department but I hear nothing. In the meantime, I still get calls advising that the VAT duty has not been paid.
