Beyond pathetic

Is this for real? Tracking system showed “out for delivery” ….no parcel was delivered….and then suddenly it shows “returning to warehouse ”. Don’t waste energy on sending an email or message by WhatsApp, because you won’t get a response. How can a company get away with this? It’s nothing different than theft. Courier Guy, please take over this courier service.
