Beyond disappointed with the lack of communication

I have placed my order with shein on the 18 Match 2024. On the 22 March buffalo acknowledged custom payments, then since then my package is still at Johannesburg Warehouse , Latest updates the package is in accelerate,I should be patient like how though, The call center unprofessional as well…I am beyond disappointed with their services
