Been expecting a delivery since 20 December 23

Been waiting for my parcel since 20 December 2023. I keep receiving sms's that the driver is returning with the parcel as I'm not answering the phone without ever receiving a phonecall... Some sms'es come though as early as 7am and make wonder. Funny thing is that when I check the system delivery was only attempted on the 20th and I've received multiple sms'es after that date. I have called their call center multiple times and they keep telling me the same thing and yet the parcel is not being dispatched for delivery. Now I'm told I have to pay for the re-delivery of this parcel... What kind of **** are these people running?
