Be careful of Buffalo

I have paid taxes on a parcel twice as they could not find the deposit. I have asked the bank to send me an email to confirm the payments as they do not accept my proof of payments. They still returned the parcel and refuse to answer my emails. I have ordered another parcel but I do not trust paying the taxes to Buffalo. They still do not respond to my calls, emails or whatsapp messages.
