Been waiting for my parcel since 3 march, they keep saying it was not delivered cause i did not answer the phone, it is lies, i get everyone else's calls. pathetic service , they also change courier without notifying you, their chat bot page doesn't work either, they don't answer calls, they don't answer emails. i have used buffalo in KZN before with shein they are much better, the driver even sends a whatsapp when he close by
