**** baffalo ****ming us with our parcels

I have an order with baffalo from the 26 of September and they send me a Lincoln to send my ox and proof of payment and all but even today I have no parcel it’s a SHEIN parcel at the amount of R1650 the SHEIN app shows no movement at all but when I call baffalo they say my parcel is on detain for what o don't know today it’s the 13of October stil nothing when you go to baffalo they make you stand at the gate for what o don’t know they never call the manager nothing what is going on guys
