Baffalo logistics ****

Expected delivery for my package was on 2 August 2022. I called on the 2 of August because tracking was ending on the 26th of August. Tracking had indicated that my package was out of the Mthatha warehouse. When I called Intertown transport they said that they had been hijacked and instructed me to call the offices in Gauteng at Buffalo logistics. When I called they said they are going to call Intertown transport (this is the courier that was hijacked). I did not receive any communication after that. I called again after a few weeks and they said that the tracking number was not mine and that according to them I had received my parcel. I was obviously upset by these claims and the person helping me with this was rude and dropped the phone while we were still talking. I called intertown transport and asked about the same tracking number and they collaborated my claims that the tracking number was mine. Intertown then went ahead and escalated this matter to Baffalo which I was cc'ed in that email. Buffalo has never said anything back. I have not received a refund or my another parcel to replace the ****** one.
