Hey guys please help me.

Baffalo logistics needs to delivery my parcel from Shein neh. But they are lying to me with email.that say my order delivery has attempted failure. The main reason is due to insufficient address and phone number that a bag lies guys🤞. In my shein app there is an update that says in delivering failed. Delivering not successful since when my address is wrong???😡They didn’t even call me not even once for this parcel. M so stressed and I don’t need any stress M writing my exams guys😭
