Baffalo logistics and their ***** drives

Writing this am in deep frustration, l had placed my shein order around September and paid the customs for the parcel with the tracking number BUFZA6HJ00488BEYQ. I’ve been tracking it and called the Baffalo's Logistics and layout my complain without any assistance

The parcel is found that it has been delivered but l had not received it or even an email stating that it’s out for delivery. it’s was supposed to be delivered at Autumn ridge 9748 Ermelo but nothing.
