BAFFALO LOGISTICS 😭😭😭

I have ordered on SheIn on the 27th April 2024 and my parcel was taken by Baffalo Logistics Courier, I did not receive my parcel until now. When I write an email to them they say my parcel have been delivered and received while I did not even got my parcel. I have Baffalo Logistics xeiim. I wonder what I can do to get my parcel 😭😭
