Baffalo Logistics

On the 6th October 2021 i ordered a dress from China, well in advanced for my sons wedding for 16 December 2021 in order for delivery to be on time, whereas it states delivery to my doorstep 23 - 27 November 2021. Still to date i did not receive anything from Buffalo Logistics. The sad part is i checked yesterday on google, Tracktry it states that the courier services received the parcel in Rustenburg that was 29th November at 14.05 and transit is 18 days.

This morning 1st December i checked again and there something else pop up and transit is now 25 days. I tried several time to contact their HO in Jbh and the phone does not even rang. I contact Telkom Directory Enquiry they told me Baffalo Logistics is not listed. So what the hell...what now? We can't contact them, are they *****s or what, people are still waiting on their package since August 2021, what is really going on here? This is not the first time i ordered from China, but DHL did the delivery why did China or who ever booked the courier services recommend Baffalo. Please is there by any chance a way to get in contact with this people except for the HO no. that starts with ***, this number does not work Or is their someone or somebody that can investigate about this parcels of clients that does not reach them in time?
