Baffalo International logistics they tell lies

I am so disappointed, that I am putting lightly. My parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 6th on November. Called Baffalo International Logistics numerous times to find out what's happening with my parcel, and all I get is they will escalate the matter. Please wait for 24 hours. I need my parcel today urgently I call again now they say I have received my parcel yet I don't have a parcel with me... They have sent me a confirmation via email saying I have received it but not. Then they **** and said the driver tried calling me but could not get hold of me. WHAT THE HELL. I spoke to Precious Maseko she completely **** to me and said no ma'ma your parcel is at our warehouse you will be getting it next week. Then I spoke to Yanga she told me I must wait for them to call me back with feedback. Then I spoke to Sne she also gave her version and said " ma'ma this is you second time you called please be patient" and yet on my call log it shows I have called them 10 times... Who's the fool here???? I am so ****ed is not even funny anymore.
