Baffalo International Logistics is a JOKE!

Ordered clothes through Sein on the 20 November and a montg later Baffalo claims to have delivered them...I haven't received them and they aren't assisting to track them. This Matter has been pending for days since I reported now after I have sent emails and serveral long calls I still dnt know where my clothes are at. This was supposed to be festive clothes for my 2 year old son. They are very unprofessional and seem to lack capacity.
