Baffalo Couriers - NO pick up - Still waiting

I ordered items from Temu that had to be returned and Baffalo was suppose to pick it up. The driver contacted me and said he would pick it up Saturday 13.9.2025 - and never arrived. Today i phoned the driver and he says it's not on he's schedule - SO WHAT NOW BAFFALO ??
