Bad services

I bought clothes from Shein everything went well until the delivery starts.... They sent me a WhatsApp message and called while am at church, I could not see until I reached at home.

When I arrived at home I tried to quickly return the call. I spoke to Ms Bee she told me that she already passed my location then I asked her whereabout and she confirmed that she's 5 minutes away from my placed. I asked if she can return she said No, then I requested that she wait for me where she was so I can fetch my package. She advised that she is moving around to deliver and that I need to follow and find her Live location.... The attitude she gave me was unprofessional as she warned me to end the conversation before she messed up my day and then they laughed at me. I told her that I will report this, she asked if I will need the details to launch my complaints which she can freely send it to me.... Until today I do not know the whereabout of my package and how to get them back. I tried to contact Buffalo number which I holder for more than 30 minutes and lost atleast R100 airtime, I tried to reach their platform with no respond.... Now am blank and confused
