I'm so dissapointed with the buffalo logistics services. I have been waiting for my parcel from the 1st of may 2024 today is the 13th of may but my parcel still have not arrived. The delivery status keeps changing from "parcel packed into vehicle for delivery only to change to scanned into depot. I don't understand why it goes backwards and not forward. I'm so so ****ed and fed up. No any form of communication from them
