BAD SERVICES

I have had the worst experience with BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS this time around I was suppose to get my parcel around the 4th of january to the 7th ,today its the 21st of january and I still haven't got it. It has been in pretoria for 5 days but still nothing from them
