Bad service, worst courier company

I will never order from shien again until they can offer a better courier company.... mxm Buffalo logistics is the worst there is no way to track my parcel. I call and wait almost 20min to be cut off , the whatsapp number is useless. I have been waiting since 21 January and no communication from Buffalo, I am at witts end. What can I do?
