Bad service with Baffalo international logistics

I feel ****** my hard earned money.. Paid r511. 77 for 3.77 kg when my sons order was 2.128kg n paid r119. 00 Secondly they r unavailable on a telephone aswell as watsup.. Not to mention that it has been 8 full days since I have paid duties, only to receive a n email to say my number isn't going through n the address I have provided is also invalid... Pathetic really.
