BAD SERVICE!!! NO UPDATES AT ALL

I placed my order on Temu on the 15th March and they released the parcel to buffalo and I paid tax on the 21st but upto today I haven’t received my parcel and they are unreachable on their phone lines. I’m frustrated as it is already. Buffalo’s service is beyond bad. My tracking number: BUFZA***YQ
