BAD Service my parcel faild delivery
Bad service ever spoke to 4 customer service agent but no help Didi the team leader never call Frida the manager is always training incompetence agencies. My parcel failed delivery several time and i gave them my number several times. Bad service ever BAD so disappointed. They advised that they use an agent to deliver but they dont have the drivers details and cant contact DPD their agent
