Bad Service lately

Never had a problem will them until today. I received a phone call from an strange number and when I answered, a man spoke in a language I didn't understand and was speaking very softly. I said "Hello" and "Who is this" multiple times before thinking its a wrong number. He did not call back or hoot to indicate he is delivering the Shein parcel. I received an email stating parcel could not be delivered and I must follow up or wait for redelivery.
