Bad service I'm soo dissapointed

I'm soo ****ed off with their service regarding my order it was supposed to be delivered by the 18th unfortunately the driver couldn't get hold of me as I was in the meeting I called him he said he will deliver by the 19th now today it shows that my delivery it's supposed to be today as it was dispatched by 07:54 I was supposed to knock off at 12 waiting for my parcel no luck of the driver up until I decided to knock off at 5pm.clearly someone doesn't care what's in my parcel it'd clothed for my boy I bought them via Temu and their custom duty it's sooo expensive I'm soo ****ed off their service even their whatsapp it's not helpful at all if you require an agent she will send the name and dissapear they must learn on how to handle the customers as they have no customer service at all including their landlines it's not helpful that company requires a good customer service their driver on the 18th was buzzing me not calling me@all..
