Bad service from drivers

I have been waiting for my delivery since 13 Feb and all I get is unnecessary system messages and they lie saying they was nobody at home yet am always at work hence I used the work address,but when I call the call centre I get a good service from Thando,Phelokazi and Nthabiseng though I'm still waiting for my Shein order
