Bad service from Cedric Morato

I never had any issues with Baffalo logistics up until today , I received a bad service from a guy named Cedric Morata , he was supposed to deliver my parcel at my place today. He called me this morning asking for my complex name and I told him to leave the parcel by the securities as I had already left to the office , the guy arrived there and shouted at the securities, the same way he was shout at me . I had to ask him to return with the parcel because I won’t allow him to disrespect me and the securities that are very old to be his father. If we gonna be shouted as if we are children then buffalo can take the parcel , thank you .
