Bad Service from Buffalo Logistics

Terrible service as you wait for approx. 20 minutes and then you get to an extension which does not answer but tells you their voice mail box is full. after another 20 minute call i got thru and got told they have plenty of queries with only 4 consultants which i think is a very poor way of running a business
