Bad service from buffalo logistic to pick u a return

Looged a return on SHEIN and they were allocated to collect the parcel. Their drivers just rock up at our houses unannounced and expect you to be there. They do not call to arrange collection time, so unprofessional. Its been 2 weeks with a return logged with them and has not been collected yet!! Becareful when dealing with them. I then asked for a place where i deliver my parcel for the return and was told they are mot allowed to disclose. Im confused, my request been escalated many times because I follow up but no action!!
