Bad service from Buffalo International Logistics

I have booked a collection on the 30th September 2024 with Buffelo to collect my Shein order so that I can get a refund. After numerous emails and phone calls I am still waiting for collection or just for a manager to phone me back. Needles to say I have now lost me refund option due to this being over 30 days already. I also logged a complaint with Shein, and they have also emailed Buffelo but no one has came for the collection

I have still not received the promised call from Buffalo Logistic. This is as I said they do not even bother with you as you are not a big client of them. I have lost money due to their lack of service and this is really very unprofessional.
