Bad Service from Buffalo International Logistics

I'm currently experiencing a very bad service from this company m. They delivered my parcel to an incorrect address and when I request for feedback they are sending me from pillar to post. They have said they escalated this, but it's been two weeks now with no feedback. I am at my wots end at the moment and I need to know what is the appropriate action to take.
