Bad service from Buffalo international logistic

I placed an order with Shein and it showed that my order has been shipped. And today I got an email informing me that my order has been delivered and I never got my order. I continued to contact Buffalo international logistics and I was assisted by Kgaugelo who confirmed my details after I gave her my order number, she informed me that even on her side it shows that my order was delivered. I informed her that I did not receive it. And she said she will escalate my matter I informed her that rather she gives me contact numbers for the driver and she said she doesn't have them. My question is how does she not have contact/ either contact the driver by herself to inform him that there was an order which was delivered at the wrong place so that he attends to it. The name of the driver was Basel Mos that was the only information that she gave me... Kindly assist urgently
