BAD SERVICE FROM BUFFALO DRIVERS & OFFICES

I have logged a Temu return since 15 Dec 2025, till today Buffalo has not collected the parcel, I have been calling the courier daily, feedback I get is escalated, escalated every single day. WHEN WILL YOU COME AND COLLECT THIS RETURNS, I NEED MY REFUND FROM TEMU ASAP. one of their driver logged parcel collected on the 22 Dec 2025 even though parcel has not been collected, till today they have been investigating and escalating with no feedback. BUFFALO COME AND COLLECT THIS PARCEL, WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 15 DEC 2025.

You rep**** to my review on the 26 Jan saying the matter has been escalated, till today nothing has changed, I'm still waiting for your driver to come and collect. I NEED MY REFUND ON THESE ASAP.
