Bad service from Buffalo

Buffalo shipping is USELESS in SA.My item is lying for weeks with them as DETAINED by CBCU.I ordered from Bangood on 25 Sept and the item is held at CBCU????why, what do they need???...no means to contact them to find out what the problem is....if any BUFZA***YQ
