Bad service from Buffalo

Had a bad experience with Buffalo. I ordered at Temu in the 15th of March 2024 and in the 25th I received a call and the message saying I must pay for customs, which I did in the same day. I haven’t received my order and I still receive calls saying I must still pay for customs. I’ve uploaded the proof of payment and sent several emails and called them but I’m not getting my order , instead on their updates there is still a message that says I must pay for customs. I’m getting fed up. They must refund me all my money if they fail to deliver my stuff.
