BAD SERVICE

Drivers do not phone to confirm if you at home. when they get there at 17h30 security phoned me. I informed them I was not at home and to ask them to come back the next day (03-05-2024). They have now rescuduled for next friday (10-05-2024). I called in to there contact center and asked why they have not scuduled for today (03-05-2024). I asked why and they are now insisting that they driver dos not do the planing and the wearhouse do,s. I asked to speek to some one in charge. They informed me that the manager is not avilable. I told them this was aceptible and asked again ot speek to some one inchage. They then put the phone down on me. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTIBLE AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAVEING PROBLEMS WITH THEM
