Bad service

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issues with the delivery of my package. Since December 19th, I have been experiencing a recurring pattern where the package is marked as "on its way" to me, only to be returned to the depot by the end of the day.

Despite numerous attempts to address this matter through phone calls, the situation remains unresolved. I have been assured that the package is out for delivery, yet it has not been received on my end.

This persistent and inexplicable cycle has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a swift resolution to ensure the successful and timely delivery of my package.
