Bad Service

This is the WORST service i have every experienced with any Logistic company, they are unhelpful, they dont get back to a person with a query, it take them over 3wks to deliver a shipment after making promises that it will be delivered, no matter how many emails, phone calls or Wzups you send them they just dont get back to one, even after asking management to get involved and get back to a person, nothing happens
