Bad service ever received

Terrible service i ordered from shein on the 28 october 2022 and received communication that it was shipped to Buffalo logistics and i have to make payment for customs and i did till today it is the 7th December i am having an event on Saturday haven't got my orders I tried communicating with them i stayex 45 minutes on the call spoke to a lady by the name Judy joofte who said she will escalate it will take two days and her manager will be in contact with me his name is Artie ndabeni And i never got any feedback no communication since i tried calling again i spoke to a very rude gent by the name of Norman who told me the same story i got seven days ago
