Bad service ever

Why is still operating, because they fail to do their job, I ordered from Shein and my order was marked urgent but they failed to deliver my,they took my package from JHB Warehouse to Witbank instead of delivering it they took my parcel back to JHB warehouse without even letting me know then from JHB to Polokwane now I have to wait extra days while I needed my parcel urgently, when I call them they tell me different stories they not even honest
