Bad Service ending with great service

This review gives a background of poor service & then ends with great service from a Buffalo logistics agent My Temu parcel was out for delivery 27 Jan @ 02:53, then 12h18 tracking indicated delivery failed parcel returned to Buffalo warehouse. I queried this with Buffalo without success. Then on 28 Jan @ 09:56 again delivery failed & again on 29 Jan @ 08:42. Never once was a delivery attempt made at my address. I queried this online and after many attempts via online conversation, was informed parcel returned to Buffalo warehouse in JHB, as Buffalo couriers no longer service my delivery area. I was told the parcel handed to Skynet for delivery. After days & hours querying I decided to try Buffalo logistics FB inbox. A very efficient agent assisted & advised that the parcel was returned to Buffalo by Skynet as well, as they do not service my delivery area either, she advised that I should leave the issue with her to trace the parcel and get it shipped to me via DPD LASER. I followed up once and she informed me again to leave the matter with her to sort. Today she confirmed the parcel is in transit to DPD delivery centre for delivery during this week. On tracking the parcel on DPD, it has in fact been received by them for delivery. I have also requested her to escalate the issue of non delivery by Buffalo to my service area as all 2024 orders was received timeously. This my 2nd parcel with similar delivery issues. The current issue with non delivery started during January 2025 with many unhappy customers in this area. That said, I really want to thank, ALICIA MULLINS, from CPT office for assisting & taking ownership of the problem with this parcel. Your help en friendly service is much appreciated. You are an asset to Buffalo International Logistics.
