Bad service/ *******

Worst delivery company ever, no ways of communication to enquare about delivery. I received an email this morning confirming that the warehouse received by parcel that needs to be delivered . When i went to check status for delivery now the package is lost, no communication that it was being delivered today. So how exactly did they loose it
