Bad service

The bad service that I have been getting from Buffalo is scary, I paid the vat and tax on the 26 April 2024 even today I keep getting reminders that I haven’t paid, I have been sending POP everyday they keep responding that it will be updated after 48hours even today nothing has been done and their rude consultants makes it difficult to us as clients I don’t know what to do anymore, they only thing they know or do is to frustrate clients and no solution they don’t even bother to answer when you ask questions, it was an immediate payment Iam still shocked that the money that was paid on the 26 of April that cleared same time it’s now taking 3 weeks to be updated so that I can get my package,they are bullies when you ask they hang up.
