Bad service delivery!!!! Wouldn't recommend at all!!!!

So disappointed with the service delivery, I don't know how many times ive been receiving sms's stating my package will be delivered within 48 hours, the next thing you track you packag, it shows "Your parcel has been left in branch and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery. Site: PRY 3 June 2024, 11:02 The parcel has been received in branch. Site: PRY 3 June 2024, 7:29 Your parcel is currently in transit between our Johannesburg and Pretoria depots. Site: JNB 1 June 2024, 12:31"its been 2-3 weeks now, not reliable at all. they don't even attend to their emails, tried calling the only thing they say, you will get it so soon!!!
