Bad service

We placed our order with Shein on 3 December and were promised delivery between 16 and 22 December. We received the tracking number from Buffalo on 15 December and got updates on the tracking up until 17 December. Apparant;y our parcel is at our local Buffalo office but now we hear nothing from them. Trying to phone Buffalo is a nightmare. You hold on for ages and then get cut off. Their service is most unsatifactory.
