Bad service

I have had the worst time dealing with Buffalo. I submitted a refund form months ago and I get the run around about it constantly. I have emailed and called and filled in forms and this company just messes with you. What should have been a fee of R400 has now cost me R800 and nobody at Buffalo can seem to do anything about it. Disgusting.

I'm still getting the absolute run around from Buffalo. Then they can't refund a credit card so I send another acc then it's we will respond in 48 to 72 hours. Etc etc etc. Can you pay me back my money please! I have waited for long enough!
