Bad service

Their service delivery is pathetic. Do not know why Temu uses them. I ordered 3 times from Temu already and every single time I struggled with Buffalo courier service. My package is in my area but will only be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days... If it is alteady in my area why not deliver immediately on the same day..... Shein's courier service is so much better. Temu really must change their courier service they use. I have informed them of my issues with Buffalo as well, so trust that they will take note of the issues as due to this bad service delivery from Buffalo, I will not order by Temu again...that is how bad it is.
